Air Volume Control Dampers

Air Volume Control Dampers are ventilation equipment used in air ducts to balance and adjust the air flow.

With its aerofoil blade structure, the effect on the total static pressure of the system is low. With this functional structure the sound levels are also reduced in this way.

Air Volume Control Dampers are produced with manually adjustable mechanical feature as standard. Production option with a servo motor according to customer demand.

ESTEK ® Air Volume Control Dampers can be produced in two types as Rectangular Section and Circular Section according to the application and usage area.

Prismatic Air Volume Control Damper
General Features
The blades are produced from specially rolled 6063 aluminum profile, and the frame is produced from galvanized sheet metal
Prismatic Air Volume Control Dampers consists of gear mechanism, adjusting arm, damper position indicator and fixing device.
Frame and blades can be produced from aluminum profile in line with customer demand.

Circular Air Volume Control Damper (Circular Column Flap)
General Features
Used in air ducts to balance and adjust the air flow.
Produced with manually adjustable mechanical feature as standard.
Production option with Servo-motor according to customer demand.
There are Open - Closed labels on the flap. There is a scale on the flaps for intermediate values.
Material:
Blades and frame are produced from galvanized sheet.
The valve set, up to Ø200 is produced from plastic, as standard.
above Ø200 is produced from metal, as standard.
Production option from metal material in sizes smaller than Ø200.
