Variable Air Volume Control Damper (VAV)

Variable Air Volume Control Dampers are the ventilation equipments that used for the constant or variable regulation of the air flow in the rectangular or circular ducts. It is used in ventilation systems to switch the desired air flow rate with its fully mechanically adjusted structure without the need for any power source. It is possible to use both in distributor and collector systems.

All of ESTEK ® VAV Dampers are delivered after making the necessary calibration to operate in the desired flow range.

General Features
The frame are produced from galvanized steel sheet as standard.
Production options are available with AISI 304 quality stainless steel sheet according to customer demand.
Two types of air regulating dampers as prismatic and circular, are produced according to the duct type and usage area.
VAV Dampers consists of 4 main parts as Case, VAV Damper Motor, Flow Sensors, Sealed Damper.
Sealed damper blade provides impermeability according to DIN EN 1751.
With the use of EPDM gaskets, perfect air tightness is provided at the duct connection ends according to TSE EN 12237
Produced as Electrostatic Powder Coating in 9010 and 9016 RAL codes as standard.
Production options as oven-painted in different RAL codes according to customer demands.
